Nature: Intrinsic value of something or someone

Success: Achievement of intention

IN life, there are many forms of success - and material success is just one of them. You will see that there is what you can bring to the world with what you can do. i.e. your knowledge and you skills. Then there is what you bring to the world with how you feel inside. i.e who you are. There is an outward form of success - financial security, having nice things, job satisfaction, good relationships with your loved ones... even simple more immediate things that heighten the 5 physical senses like eating, sex, exercising, dancing or playing sport. These give a temporary sense of satisfaction. Then there is the inward form of success - the feeling of being happy and content, of understanding who you are and how your natural form of self expression is contributing to the world. This leads to long-lasting fulfillment. 

The Nature of Success applies to everyone because everyone has their own unique for of self-expression - and the right to be happy. Once you understand the Nature Of Success, you will find your place in the world, you will understand that success does not have to be at the expense of others, nor does it have to be from hard work alone, it is through awareness. So what are your skills and what are you doing with them?

Success starts as an idea, but is understood through action. The way you develop what you can do is through action.i.e. the direct experience of what you are trying to learn. If you want to develop how you feel it is in actuality through in-action. i.e. doing nothing, or stilling the mind through meditation. Here, when there is nothing to think about or do, you will experience who you are. Meditation will develop mental focus and clarity, while helping you detach from un-controlled brain chatter and negativity within. 

Have you ever noticed that everything in nature has a purpose? Have you ever wondered what your is? When you are clear on who you are and what your intention is in life, you will find the personal nature of your success.  You will begin to smile and your eyes will light up from the inside out, you will not only have something valuable to do, you will feel valuable within. Like all of nature, we all have our best that we contribute to the world. This is the true nature of success.

Daily Disciplines

Knowledge needs to be accompanied with daily action and discipline to acheive long term health, happiness and high performance.

Here are some things to focus on... daily!

1. Meditate (meditation clears the mind of clutter, develops focus and awareness, as well as healing via a calming of the nervous system.

2. Contemplate: Take the time every day to contemplate the direction of your life and how you could move foward in a more harmonious way

3. Exericse: Move with awarness of correct posture and enjoyment, every day! 

4. Hydrate: Drink 0.03 times your body weight a day (in kg's) as a minimum to help the body process toxins and function at an optimum

5. Trust your feelings: Feel first, do second. This means you are not running on auto pilot devoid of feeling and awareness of what you are getting into.
